Previously, he was nominated five times, it can be assumed that the “votes” (i.e. the number of books bought) were evenly distributed between his various titles. This time, “Projekt Riese” collected enough of them to beat the competition.

In second and third place – just like – there are authors who write with children and their parents in mind: Marta Galewska-Kustra, who together with the illustrator Joanna Kłos created the extremely popular Pucia, as well as Anita Głowińska – the author of the adventures of Kitty Kocia. In the ranking, however, money for copyrights to film adaptations (e.g. Mróz already has several, and the premiere of “Forst” with Borys Szyc on Netflix is planned) or the sale of gadgets (both Pucio and Kitty Kocia have “their” puzzles, mascots, etc. ) are not included. Only retail sales of books count.
Young adults on the move
A novelty in the ranking is the presence of a very young author – Katarzyna Barańska is known to her readers as PS Herytiera or Pizgacz.
