From February 10, 2023, you can watch the film “Heaven in Hell” by the creators of the famous production “365 days” in Polish cinemas. The story tells about the romance of Olga () and Maks (Simone Susinna). She – professionally fulfilled, mother of an adult daughter, he – young, adventurous and handsome. The pair meet by chance, but quickly become inseparable.
Although there are passionate scenes on the screen, and the plot revolves around a fiery romance, those who have been waiting for a repeat of the film adaptation of Blanka Lipińska’s book may be disappointed. In an interview with Justyna Bryczkowska from Gazeta.pl, Magdalena Boczarska talked about the backstage of the production.

The actress admitted that her important role was also helping her co-star Simone Susinna find her place on the screen.
We met much earlier so that we could get used to each other a bit, talk about the script, but also get to know each other better privately. Because it’s a very “private” film, with a lot of intimacy towards each other. And I’m not just talking about scenes of intimacy – after all, the director and cinematographer also participate in them – explains Boczarska.
According to the actress, it is much more difficult to convey an emotional bond on the screen.
It’s more of a kind of honest emotional story about two people who fall in love. Fortunately, Simo and I fell in love basically at first sight, which certainly helped us build our film relationship – concludes Olga’s role.
The task was facilitated by Boczarska’s many years of experience. In addition to the director, Tomasz Mandes, the actress apparently also served as a very important guide for Susinna in the acting world.
We had to walk each other through this film story with my professional background and his desire to build a believable character with limited acting experience. It was a very interesting process. Together with Simo and the director, we worked for a long time on the scenes, the script, we talked about the psychology of the characters. He was open to comments and suggestions, but you have to give him credit that he has a lot of talent and potential – explains Boczarska.
The actress also revealed that appearances are deceiving. Although physicality does not indicate it, Simone is supposedly a very warm and modest person, which further emphasizes how difficult an acting task he had to face.
This is a very modest guy. With his physicality, it is an unexpected combination for many – laughs the actress.
