For the first time, Julia Kostov appeared in front of the camera when she was two weeks old. She appeared as Małgosia, the daughter of Konica and Marta, in the series “For Good and for Bad”. Many viewers may associate her with the famous comedy with Więdłocha and Stuhr in the lead role. In 2016, she played in “Planet singles”, playing the role of Matilda. “What I like most about acting is that I get to meet a lot of new people. Thanks to playing in movies and series, I have the opportunity to play different roles, be several people at the same time. It’s very cool. I read the script before shooting and I know what’s going to happen, but on set I’m always curious about what will happen in the next scene and what we’ll be shooting the next day. It’s great fun – in one of the interviews.
What does a 13-year-old star dream about? “I’d like to visit New York”
Privately, Julia loves performances, acrobatics and horse riding, but she sees her future in acting. “When I grow up, I would definitely still like to continue what I am doing now. Acting in movies and series because I really enjoy it and it’s my biggest hobby, but I don’t know exactly what I want to be. Maybe I’ll combine acting with some other activity – he says and adds that he dreams of seeing a show on Broadway. – I would like to visit Paris and New York. I really like the show “Hamilton” and “Matilda”. I’ve always liked these characters. I know that such a show looks completely different on Broadway than in Poland, so I hope that one day I will be able to see it live in New York.
