“Home Revolutions”, “Total Renovations of Szelągowska” and “Dorota Was Will Arrange” are programs hosted by Dorota Szelągowska, which are particularly popular among viewers. People participating in the show apply to the program so that the decorator changes their interiors. Although Szelągowska always asks participants about their preferences and expectations, which she later takes into account in the process, she does not always manage to fulfill the owners’ dreams.

Usually, apartment owners are satisfied with the work that the design team put into the metamorphosis of their interiors. However, there are occasional situations in which the participants do not share the decorator’s enthusiasm. In an interview for the “Gala” magazine, Dorota Szelągowska told about the dissatisfied heroes of one of her programs. “There was indeed a situation where the characters didn’t quite like the renovation. Then they changed their minds, but for us it was a terrible slap. We walked backwards for two weeks, because this finale and this joy in people is actually fuel for further renovations – an event of a popular designer.

Although such situations are definitely rare, they can effectively clip your wings and demotivate you to continue working. “I hope it never happens again.” However, I can say that we did everything to make him like it and indeed we did as you wanted, but people are also different. It was a hard experience,” Szelągowska confessed.
