The news was given at the National Festival of Vallenato Music Composers in San Juan del César, in Colombia. “It hurts me to say it and I was waiting for an ideal place to say it, but as of January 14, bye family”revealed the artist from the stage, according to a video that has already gone viral.

“I’ll come back when I feel like it, and I’ll come back when I feel like doing something for you in a way that you deserve, because you have given me everything and deserve everything from me.” added the Colombian.

In his social networks, he was grateful for the love received in that show. “Thank you my dear San Juan, every time I step on that land I feel inspired… so much poetry in its streets and in the air that is breathed for years”, he wrote alongside photographs of this spectacle.
