The first gastronomic festival of Mexican food “Tacos & Grill” will be held from this Friday on the esplanade of the Riocentro El Dorado shopping center (La Aurora, Daule), a day that will have more than 60 enterprises and will last until Sunday, October 30.
This festival is organized by the Provincial Chamber of Tourism of Guayas and the private company, with the aim of promote the economic development of the city and its multisectoral reactivationwith actions and initiatives of spaces that promote entrepreneurship, local consumption, employment and development.
“We expect the attendance of approximately 5,000 people dailyboosting the economy, but above all providing an alternative for national and foreign tourists who will be in our city that weekend for the final of the Copa Libertadores”, says Holbacht Muñeton, president of the Federation of Chambers of Tourism of Ecuador.
In addition to the typical Mexican dishes, attendees will also be able to enjoy the show of “La Vecina” and “La Michy”, superhero cosplayers, as well as tributes to famous singers of the Aztec nation such as Juan Gabriel, Luis Miguel, Thalía , among others.
There will also be live mariachis.

- Friday 28: From 4:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m.
- Saturday 29: From 12:00 to 01:00
- Sunday 30: From 12:00 to 22:00
Admission will cost $3.00 for adults; children under 12 years old enter free. (AND)
