Great to Place to Work (GPTW) recently presented its ranking of the best companies to work for in Peru during 2022. The annual list of the American franchise includes organizations that provide a work experience with a high level of trust, commitment and work values.
Top 10 by categories in the Great to Place to Work 2022
The GPTW 2022 includes three categories of companies, based on their number of workers. Below are the top 10 in each of them.
In companies with more than 1,000 workers, first place is occupied by Interbank, they follow Tottus hypermarkets, Sodimac and Master, Viru, just like him EFE Group (La Curacao, Efe, Motocorp).
In the case of Viru, the company dedicated to agribusiness, rose four positions with respect to the GPTW 2021, being the only company in the sector with this certification in our country. “This recognition represents the commitment and effort of all our collaborators. This new nomination and distinction, among a large group of prestigious and large companies, demonstrates the great work experience we provide,” the organization said in a statement.
Continued on the list are Peruvian Supermarkets, Teleperformance, Compartamos Financiera, Promart and Financiera oh!, in tenth place.
For its part, the top 10 companies that have between 251 and 1,000 collaborators is made up of DHL Express Peru, Real Plaza, Inteligo Group Peru, AccorHotels, Interseguro Compañía de Seguros SA
They are followed by the Casa Andina hotel chain, Metalmark, izipay, AZZORTI and B12 (a Konecta Group company).
Finally, in the third category made up of companies with between 10 and 250 employees, the number one position corresponds to the Hilton hotel chain, followed by the telecommunications company Cisco.
In this regard, Álvaro Rodríguez-Larrain, country manager of Cisco Peru, stated that during the 25 years they have been in the country they have been able to continuously maintain their “commitment to building a better, more equitable and inclusive future for all, where the number one priority is one is our people”.
The third best company in this category is DHL Express, followed by Eurofarma, Mercado Libre, DIRECTV, Ingram Micro Peru, SAP, Dell Technologies and TRANZACT.
