In order to help the citizens most affected by the oil spill in The Repsol Pampilla, the Government contemplates the possibility of giving a bonus of S / 1,000.
“We are proposing, in coordination with the Ministry of Production (Produce), the Ministry of the Environment (Minam) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), extraordinary measures and one of them is the evaluation of a compensatory bonus of S / 1,000 to sectors and strata directly linked and affected in this situation”, the Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Roberto Sánchez, told Canal N.
Likewise, he added that they have in mind to focus on the most vulnerable localities and strata after the ecological disaster caused by Repsol for this subsidy that will arrive “for the next 3 months as an immediate measure while we see how they react with other actions also of promotion and reactivation”.
Sánchez planned to benefit “at least 100,000 citizens,” and acknowledged that a report will be presented no later than Monday for discussion at the next session of the Council of Ministers.
“We are proposing the need for a subsidy program for business plans from Ancón, Santa Rosa, Ventanilla, Aucallama, Chancay, Huaral, Huacho. That they can, the organizations of microentrepreneurs, access the loan that we call Turismo Emprende”, he added.
