Yanapay: So far, more than 400 people have given up financial support

The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) reported that, more than a month after the delivery of the Yanapay Peru economic support began, 416 people voluntarily renounced the 350 soles subsidy, considering that they do not require it.

These resignations were reported on the “Cases” platform on the Yanapay portal, where people followed the steps to resign or return the economic support Yanapay Peru, which the State provides to people in situations of poverty or vulnerability to face the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“If more people consciously acknowledge that they do not need individual financial support of 350 soles, they can enter the Yanapay Peru support portal and carry out this return process, which is extremely simple and fast,” said the head of Midis, Dina Ercilia Boluarte.

Yanapay: How to return the voucher?

The first step that beneficiaries who wish to renounce the subsidy must follow is to enter the “Cases” platform on the Yanapay portal to register the DNI number and the date of issuance of the same and accept the privacy policy.

The second step is to select the option “I want to renounce or return the Yanapay”, then download and fill out the form, which must be completed with your names and surnames, ID number, cell phone and email to receive the corresponding notifications.

If you have already received the financial support, Yanapay Peru has to deposit it to the current account No. 00-068-386519 of the Pensión 65 program, enabled in the National Bank and attach the proof of the deposit to specify the waiver of the subsidy.

Meanwhile, the Midis recalls that the free social line 101 is available for beneficiaries who wish to consult about Yanapay Peru economic support, during business hours, Monday through Sunday from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm, including holidays.
