Ministry of Housing will grant 11,363 family housing bonds

The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) provided the attention of up to 11,363 housing family bonds (BFH) to low-income families who wish to build their homes on their own land or in independent areas, within the framework of the Techo Propio program .

Through ministerial resolution 328-2021-Housing, published in the official newspaper El Peruano, this second call of the year is made official to deliver the BFH in the form of construction on its own site, whose value is S / 26,400.

According to the norm, this call will attend to eligible family groups pending attention, that is, families that have already been chosen to access the BFH, from the second national call for 2020 (launched in July last year) and from the first call of this year (approved in January).

Deadline

The maximum term that the technical entities (in charge of the construction of the houses) have to request the allocation and disbursement of the BFH will expire on March 4, 2022. Until that date, the families that have been chosen to access the BFH maintain your current eligible household status. The additional budget for this second call is S / 300 million.
