Dollar starts lower with S/3.7811 this Tuesday, June 18

The exchange rate has an accumulated variation of 2.37%, while in interannual terms the variation is 4.55%

The exchange rate started lower today with S/3.7811, according to preliminary data from the Bloomberg international currency exchange portal. That is, 0.37% less than the previous day, where it closed at S/3.7950.

In the parallel market, the greenback is now at S/3,760 for purchase and S/3,800 for sale; while in banking, the purchase and sale is at S/3,732 and S/3,818, respectively.

On the other hand, The Fed’s delay in easing monetary policy could jeopardize the economic landingaccording to various opinions on Wall Street.

So far this year, the dollar has accumulated a variation of 2.37% and in interannual terms, of 4.55%, according to the Central Reserve Bank of Peru.
