How to create a Yape account with DNI?
- Open the application and click on the ‘Create a new account’ option.

- The application will ask you for the type of document you wish to affiliate. You must select ‘DNI’, then enter your 8 digits and email. The email must be active, as you will be notified of the movements of your Yape.

How to delete my Yape account?
- Enter the app and select ‘My account’ and then the ‘Delete my account’ option.
- You must click confirm and you must enter your 6-digit password.

If I delete my Yape account: will I lose my money?
No. If you are a Yape user with a DNI, a refund will be issued in your name with the entire available balance in your account and you must collect it at the BCP offices 3 days after deleting your account. On the other hand, if you are a user who has a bank account at BCP, the money will remain intact.
