Sunat publishes list of companies with the highest tax debts: who tops the ranking?

Attention! The National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) issued a list of taxpayers who have tax debts. Along these lines, it is detailed that there are 1,147 companies whose debts in coercive collection are greater than 10 UIT, with an average of S/51,500.

Likewise, the information provided by the aforementioned entity has detailed that the total sum of the amount owed by all the taxpayers mentioned exceeds S/3,400 million. It is essential to highlight that the companies included in the publication are currently in coercive collection processes. This means that the tax administration has exhausted all available avenues to demand payment of the corresponding debts, which, unfortunately, have not been honored by said companies.
