The Ministry of Production (Produce) today authorized the granting of subsidies up to the amount of S / 2,438,222.38 in favor of private legal entities that execute innovation subprojects in fishing and aquaculture, derived from the competitions of the National Program of Innovation in Fisheries and Aquaculture (PNIPA) 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2020-2021.
The measure was ordered through Directorial Resolution No. 133 -2021-PRODUCE-PNIPA-DE, published today in the newspaper El Peruano.
The subprojects correspond to the categories of: Extension Services (SEREX), Applied Research and Experimental Development (SIADE), Capacity Building in R & D + i Services (SFOCA) and Adaptive Research (SIA) in Fisheries and Aquaculture.
The norm provides that the grant delivery will be handled by source of Directly Raised Resources, Ordinary Resources (S / .295,335.70), Ordinary Resources (S / 717,118.40) and Resources for Official Credit Operations – IBRD Indebtedness (S / 1,425,768.28) within the framework of Loan Contract No. 8692-PE and the provisions of Law No. 31084, which approves the Public Sector Budget for Fiscal Year 2021.
In addition, it is provided that the delivery of authorized subsidies will be covered by the budget approved in the current fiscal year assigned to Executing Unit 005: National Program for Innovation in Fisheries and Aquaculture (PNIPA), from the indicated financing sources.
