In addition, it was highlighted that microenterprises (66.4%), small (29%) and medium-sized companies (0.9%) accounted for 96.3% (4,939) of the total. Meanwhile, large companies accounted for the remaining 3.7%.

Regarding the origin, Lima was the one with the largest number of companies (3,014), followed by Puno (524) and Piura (368). The opposite happened with Amazonas, ApurÃmac and Moquegua, where 17, 13 and 10 exporting companies were registered respectively.
On the other hand, in relation to destinations, 57.3% (2,938) arrived at only one; while 4% (206) did it at ten or more than ten. In this context, the main destination was the United States (1,423), followed by the countries of the European Union (1,205) and Chile (1,022).
