After 15 days since Law 32002 was enacted, the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) published this Friday, May 3, the operating procedure for the seventh withdrawal of private pension funds. Through SBS Resolution No. 01623-2024, said entity established the regulations through which contributors may make the disbursement of up to S/20,600 in four fleets.
In this way, members of the Private Pension System may submit a request for extraordinary and optional withdrawal of contributions within the maximum period of 90 calendar days, which will be counted from May 20 when the rule comes into force. After that, the four Pension Fund Administrators will have to make the first disbursement, at most, starting on June 14 of this year.
