The Peruvian Government authorized the transfer of up to S/346 million 321,800 in favor of various documents from the National Government, regional governments and local governments to finance the cost of granting the S/600 bonus directed to the public sector.
Through supreme decree 259-2023-EF, published this Tuesday in the extraordinary edition of the Official Gazette El Peruano, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) authorizes the transfer agreed upon as part of the agreements of the Centralized Collective Agreement 2023-2024 , signed between the Government and the most important union centers in the country.
It is expected that the delivery of a bonus S/600 can benefit around 562,000 State workers, covered in regimes 276, 728, CAS, civil service law, special public prison career and diplomatic service of the Republic in the entities of the 3 levels of Government.
All of this, since, at the end of October, Law 31912 was published, which approved supplementary credits to finance expenses related to the reactivation of the economy and the response to the imminent danger caused by the El Niño phenomenon.
