With the purpose of financing the expenses associated with the economic reactivation, the response to the emergency and the imminent danger due to the occurrence of the El Niño phenomenon, on October 27, the supplementary credit law was published in the newspaper El Peruano, which includes a series of bonuses for state workers.

S/550 bonus from Mincul: who are the beneficiaries?
According to article 50 of Law No. 31912, the exceptional bonus of S/550 for employees of the Ministry of Culture is not remunerative, is not pensionable in nature, nor is it part of labor benefits. Along these lines, the workers who will be able to collect this amount one time are the 137 of the national and regional casts of said entity, who belong to the regime of Legislative Decree No. 276, Law of Bases of the Administrative Career and Remunerations of the Public sector.
Ministry of Culture: what are the requirements to access the S/550 bonus?
To receive this exceptional bonus of S/550, Ministry of Culture workers must meet the following requirements:
- Have a current employment relationship.
- Be registered in the Computer Application for the Centralized Registry of Payrolls and Data of Human Resources of the Public Sector of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, on the date of entry into force of Law No. 31912.
It is worth mentioning that the financing of this bond is carried out from the institutional budget of Mincul without the need to demand additional resources from the public treasury.
