The November holidays, both for All Souls’ Day and for the 203 years of independence of Cuenza, are days of compulsory rest that will begin on Thursday, November 2 and end on Sunday, November 5, 2023.

During the holidays, private banks in Ecuador guarantee the provision of financial services through different channels.

Private banks will serve in person only in offices with extended working hours. The Association of Private Banks of Ecuador (Assobanca) recommended to clients to consult the official channels of banking entities for the addresses of agencies that are provided with extended working hours.

In addition, clients who need financial services during the holidays will be able to use three more channels:

In Ecuador, about 90% of banking services that clients use the most are available through digital channels, among other things through online bank portals, mobile applications, chatbots.

In this regard, Asobanca suggested citizens to opt for these channels because they are safer and faster for conducting bank transactions.
