Within the recently approved supplementary credit law, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) endorses the delivery of bonuses for state servants in order to boost spending and boost national production, considering that we are in a stage of recession.
S/220 for teachers and assistants
Appropriations were authorized to the Ministry of Education (Minedu) to give a bonus of S/220 to teachers and educational assistants of basic and productive technical education institutions, whether they are appointed or hired. The rule does not yet set a payment date.
They will receive this help workers who have an employment relationship until June 30 this year, regardless of whether they are on vacation or on paid leave.
Bonus of S/709 for health personnel
S/709 will be delivered to employees of the sector health of numeral 3.2 of article 3 of DL 1153 (including that of the other entities included in the scope of application of that decree) and contracted personnel subject to the regime of DL 1057, as well as the administrative of 276 and 1057, of the Ministry of Health, National Institute of Health, National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases and the health executing units of the regional governments. S/400 for workers in the judicial sector
The bonus of S/400 will be given to the personnel of the district directorates of the General Directorate of Public Defense and Access to Justice. It is received by all those registered in the computer application for the Centralized Registry of Payrolls and Human Resources Data of the Public Sector (AIRHSP) of the MEF until August 31, 2023.
Officials who hold positions of trust will not benefit from the bonus. or management, as well as those suspended without pay if they have already been referred to in article 52 of the Civil Service Law.
Bonus of S/550 for Mincul employees
An exceptional bonus of S/550 is authorized for employees of the national and regional teams of the Ministry of Culture (Mincul) within the regime of legislative decree 276, Law of Bases of the Administrative Career and Remunerations of the Public Sector.
This bonus – like the rest of those mentioned – is not remunerative and is not subject to social charges or pensionable nature or employment benefits. They must only be registered in the AIRHSP as of the date this law was published.
S/500 for employees of the Judicial Branch
This one-time bonus of S/500 will reach personnel subject to the DL 1057 regime (which regulates the Special Regime for Administrative Contracting of Services). It will only reach those who receive a salary less than S/1,950 and who have a current contract, in addition to being registered in the AIRHSP of the MEF on the date of publication of this law. The bonus will be delivered in November of this year. It is, along with the S/600 bond, the only monetary support that has a fixed delivery horizon.
S/600 for public sector workers
Single remuneration of S/600 will be given in November to the servants of the regimes 276, 728, CAS, Civil Service Law, special public career, penitentiary and diplomatic service of the republic, of the entities of the three levels of Government.
It will be received by those with a link as of June 30 of this year and who are in the AIRHSP and those from local governments who are on an electronic payroll. This bonus will be delivered to 562,000 state servants.
Remuneration increase and contingencies
An increase in the monthly remuneration is provided for teachers of the Higher Schools of Artistic Training and the National University of Music, the Diego Quispe Tito National Art University of Cusco and the Daniel Alomía Robles National University.
S/206 million will also be given to boost the Housing Lease Bonus for those affected by climate emergencies.
