This Saturday, Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) approved the regulations for the payment of the extraordinary bonus of S / 210 for the benefit of those formal employees of the private sector who earn less than S / 2,000.
In this sense, RM N ° 241-2021-TR published in El Peruano, specifies the following steps for the delivery of the subsidy:
The MTPE sends EsSalud, adopting the security measures, the list of selected workers – it is worth mentioning that this will be drawn up between both entities and Sunafil – for the extraordinary bonus of S / 210, which contains the beneficiary’s DNI number.
EsSalud determines the payment channels, for this purpose it manages agreements and / or agreements with the Banco de la Nación and the other companies of the financial system and companies that issue electronic money that make the payments.
Thus, EsSalud will manage, ex officio, the payment of the extraordinary bonus preferably in the account owned by the beneficiary informed by the companies of the financial system and / or companies issuing electronic money in the country; or that these companies create from time to time for this purpose.
Said account must have the status of intangible for a period of 150 calendar days, this being a necessary condition in the case of the account deposit modality.
Finally, EsSalud will approve the complementary provisions necessary to implement operationally the payment of the extraordinary bonus.
