Sunat: concerts so far this year have generated revenues of more than S/19 million

The National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) has reported that, during the first 7 months of the year, the amounts of 31 concerts that in total registered revenues of S/19 million. This figure is given for the issuance of payment vouchers and the commercial activities of the food and beverage points of sale of the events.

In Lima there have been 10 concerts, while in Arequipa 9, in Cusco 3 concerts, in Chiclayo 3 and in Ica 2. It should be noted that in some of these regions the presentations of national groups recorded income of up to S/2 million.

What concerts have recorded the highest revenue?

In detail, in Lima, the Sunat has supervised the presentations of Grupo 5, of the singer Romeo Santos, of DJ Calvin Harris, the festival Los grandes de salsa II, the Reggaetón Lima Festival, the recital of Juan Luis Guerra, that of the band “Hombres G”, among others.

The concert with the highest income was that of Grupo 5, which reported almost S/2.5 million, followed by the Reggaetón Lima Festival with S/1 million. Lastly, the Eva Ayllón concert registered nearly half a million soles for the sale of food and drinks.

For its part, in Arequipa, Grupo 5 again, with another 3 concerts, leads the regional ranking with S/6.2 million, followed by the presentations of Juan Luis Guerra and the Spanish band Hombres G with S/1.7 million each.

In Cusco, the Inti Festival had income of more than S/319,000 from the sale of drinks and food, followed by the concert of Harmony 10 with S/87,000 and the Festitu Cusco with S/6,364.

In Chiclayo, the cumbia festivals generated the main income. In this way, Agua Marina, Los Caribeños de Guadalupe and Azucena Calvay recorded S/394,000, while the presentation of Corazón Serrano and Son Tentación ranked second with S/153,000.

In Ica Group 5, with two presentations, totaled S/846,000. Likewise, in its presentation in Iquitos it registered income of S/508,000 at the points of sale.

Finally, controls were carried out in Huacho (presentation of Son Tentación, Los Mendez and La Fam Internacional), Ayacucho (Agua Marina concert) and the San Juanera Cumbia Festival in Piura. In these 3 events, a total income of more than S/600,000 was registered.
