This Tuesday, July 25, the Indecopi Coercive Execution Unit will carry out the seventh auction of the year in the capital of properties that were seized from individuals or companies that did not comply with the payment of the fines imposed for violating the rights of consumers or not respecting intellectual property.
The base price for these goods is S/4,913, for a deposit at Av. José Casimiro Ulloa 357 (Miraflores); and S/767,960, for a building on the corner of Calle Tarata 299 (Cercado).
The auction will take place at 9.20 am at the Indecopi headquarters located in San Borja.
How can I participate in the Indecopi property auction?
- Those interested must show up 20 minutes before the scheduled time with their valid ID. Those who come with expired documents will not be able to.
- An amount not less than 10% of the appraisal value of the property to be acquired must be credited, either in cash or by cashier’s check, in the name of Indecopi.
- Those who participate on behalf of a natural or legal person must present a valid power of attorney registered in the respective registry office.
