Russia will return to the “grain deal” as soon as the West fulfills seven conditions. This, according to RIA Novosti, was stated at a meeting of the UN Security Council by the first deputy representative of the Russian Federation to the organization Dmitry Polyansky.

According to him, the first condition is a real withdrawal from the sanctions of the supply of Russian grain and fertilizers to world markets.

Second, all obstacles for Russian banks and financial institutions that service the supply of food and fertilizers must be removed. Polyansky added that, according to him, they are also talking about their immediate connection to SWIFT.

The third condition is that deliveries to Russia of spare parts, components for agricultural machinery and the fertilizer industry must be resumed.

Another condition is the solution of all issues with the charter of ships and insurance of Russian export food supplies, ensuring the entire logistics of food supplies.

The fifth condition is that unhindered conditions must be provided for expanding the supply of Russian fertilizers, raw materials for their production, including the restoration of the operation of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline.

The sixth condition is that Russian assets related to the agricultural sector must be unlocked.

Russia called the seventh condition the restoration of the original humanitarian nature of the “grain deal”.

Recall that on July 17 of this year, Russia refused to extend the “grain deal” until the conditions promised by the Russian Federation were fulfilled. Moscow withdrew guarantees for the safety of navigation, curtailed the maritime humanitarian corridor, restored the regime of a temporarily dangerous area in the northwestern Black Sea, and announced the disbandment of the joint coordination center in Istanbul.
