Indecopi announced that it will hold its fifth auction of 2023 in Limewhere he will auction 14 estate embargoed to citizens and companies that failed to comply with the payment of fines imposed for violating consumer rights and not respecting intellectual property.
Items to be auctioned include apartments, houses, warehouses, a commercial space, parking lot and an office located in the districts of San Isidro, San Miguel, Puente Piedra, Pueblo Libre, Santiago de Surco, Cercado de Lima, Surquillo, Lurigancho, Cañete and Ate.
Participants will be able to purchase, for example, a department with a base price of S/355,000 located in Pueblo Libre, as well as a parking lot with a value of S/43,000 in San Isidro.

How to participate in the auction?
- Applicants must apply at least 20 minutes before from the scheduled time, Carrying valid ID.
- Citizens with expired documents will be prevented from participating, according to article 37 of Law 26497.
- must credit an amount of not less than 10% of the appraised value of the property they wish to acquire, either in cash or by cashier’s check in the name of Indecopi.
- Those who participate on behalf of a natural or legal person must submit a power of attorneyregistered in the respective registry office.
