Buying the dollar in the parallel market It is at S / 4,010, as for the sale, it amounts to S / 4,040. Likewise, the price of the green ticket in the Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) is quoted at S / 4,047, the purchase and sale at S / 3,993 according to the portal Cualcuestaeldolar.

This occurs while the Plenary of the Congress of the Republic discusses the rulings on the debt law, the financial balance law and the public budget law for fiscal year 2022.

At the international level, the minutes of the November 2 and 3 meeting of the Federal Reserve (Fed) boosted the dollar, since they indicated that the entity is more concerned about the acceleration of inflation.
