The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) launched a first call, within the framework of the emergency due to heavy rains, for the Housing Leasing Bond for Emergencies (BAE). This time, aimed at victims and affected in the district of San Martín de Porres.
In accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 128-2023-VIVIENDA published today in the Official Gazette El Peruano, the sixth call for the year 2023 is approved for the granting of 14 bonds, aimed at the same number of potential beneficiaries made up of victims with homes collapsed or uninhabitable, as a result of intense rainfall.
The BAE consists of a monthly economic aid of S/500, for a maximum period of two years, so that those people whose homes were declared collapsed or uninhabitable due to landslides caused by heavy rainfall, can rent a space to live, that is safe and has basic services.
The list of summoned will be published tomorrow on the MVCS web pages (www.gob.pe/housing) and the Mivivienda Fund (www.mivivienda.com.pe), as well as in the premises of the municipality and the Ministry’s Citizen Service Center (CAC), in Lima.
