The proportion of women in the business community has risen from 33.7% to 34.4% in the 2015-2020 period. However, the trend has not been uniform in Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa.
The proportion of women entrepreneurs was 34.4% in the 2020 in the Basque Autonomous Community (CAV), still far from parity, according to the report of the Basque Institute of Statistics Eustat.
