Through Supreme Resolution No. 053-2023-PCM, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) concludes the appointment of two members of the Board of Directors of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi).
Jose Carlos Aguado Ñavincopa, representative of the Council of Ministers, and Walter Armado Otiniano Aranda, representative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, were removed from their posts on Tuesday, March 14.
This regulation is endorsed by the President of the Council of Ministers, Alberto Otárola Peñaranda, and has the signature of the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte Zegarra.
As recalled, on March 12, the appointment of Julián Palacín, president of the Indecopi Board of Directors, who had been in office since September 14, 2021, was also terminated.
