Euskaraz irakurri: Revilla eta Urkullu otsailaren 27an bilduko dira Santander eta Bilbo arteko trenari bultzada emateko asmoz
The President of Cantabria, Miguel Ángel Revilla, and the Lehendakari, Iñigo Urkullu, will hold a meeting in Vitoria-Gasteiz on February 27 to “give a boost” to the fast train project between Santander and Bilbao.
This was announced this Friday by Revilla, taking advantage of a visit to castro urdialesa municipality that, as he has said, is going to benefit from this train because “sure” –he said– it will stop there.
Regarding his next meeting with Urkullu, which will take place within the framework of the meeting of the Atlantic Arc CommissionRevilla has assured that both are “a pineapple so that this train exists”.
“I have this train stuck between my eyebrows and we are going to have it,” said the Cantabrian president, who has assured that this connection, which has the support of the Government of Spain — he is carrying out the informative study — “will change radically to Cantabria, Santander and, of course, Castro”.
“That is thinking about the future and about works that completely transform a territory, a population and create wealth,” Revilla said, as reported in a statement by the regional government.
