BCP points out that there is a supply of money at ATMs in Puno and at the national level despite protests

The financial entity issued a statement ruling out that the regions affected by the demonstrations and blockades are without cash.

The Bank of Credit of Peru (BCP) announced that its ATMs in Puno and Juliaca, as well as at the national level, are supplied with money. This pronouncement is given after the complaint of residents who affirmed a lack of tickets in your region. Along these lines, the bank stated that it has more than 2,000 cashiers who have enough cash for people who want to dispose of it.

“Regarding the information disseminated by Latina Televisión about the shortage of money from banks in Puno, BCP is emphatic in pointing out that all our more than 300 agencies and 2,280 ATMs nationwide are stocked and have enough cash to serve all our customers, including Puno and Juliaca”they indicated through a statement.
