Ecuadorian Club Premium beer, a Cervecería Nacional brand, began to be marketed in the Vallarta Supermarkets chain and is distributed in 53 stores in California, in the United States.
This was announced by ProEcuador, after highlighting that the arrival of Ecuadorian beer to the racks of the US chain occurred after starting negotiations after its participation in virtual agendas and in the Business Macro-Round that took place in Guayaquil in mid-September. The government entity indicated that the negotiations took place with its support and its commercial office in Los Angeles.
Club Premium beer was created in 1966 by the German brewmaster Walter Schneider. It is a European-style lager-type Pilsen beer.
In July 2022, before the Macrorrueda, Cervecería Nacional had already announced the start of the first Club Premium exports to the United States, aimed at the Ecuadorian community in that country, which numbers around 700,000.

Meanwhile, the Macro Business Roundtable, which was held after two years in person, brought together 305 businessmen, including large, small, and medium-sized businessmen from all regions of the country, who held business appointments with around 90 international buyers from America, Asia and Europe, managing to reach more than $237 million in sales expectations.
Buyers from 30 countries who visited the country were endorsed by ProEcuador’s network of 24 commercial offices; and among the innovative products of this edition were shampoos with cannabis, creams and gummies with CBD. Likewise, world trends in nutrition and health became present, giving rise to food products with cricket protein and snacks natural products made with lupine, among others superfoods.
