Greek comedian Markos Seferlis has ruled out ever entering politics, saying he cannot lie and that his true calling is making people laugh.
Seferlis, 58, made the comments in an interview with Secret. He said people had suggested politics to him in the past but that he does not see it as his path. His path, he said, is to make people laugh, and people who have that gift should stay with it.

Seferlis said that at 58 he remains exactly who he is, unspoiled, which he believes is why audiences love him. He said he is genuine and honest with the public and never wants that relationship to be damaged, for any reason.
