Russia delivers a new negotiating proposal to Ukraine


The Ukrainian president has stated that he has not received any written offer from Russia for a negotiated solution to the conflict. On the other hand, Russian troops already control 80% of the territory of Luhansk.

The Russian government spokesman, Dimitri Peskov, has reported that Russian negotiators have handed over a draft document to the Ukrainian sidealthough without specifying more details about its content.

Russia controls 80% of the territory of Lugansk

The governor of the Ukrainian region of Lugansk, Sergii Haidai, has assured in an interview with the American chain CNN that about 80% of the territory of Lugansk is under Russian control, as he has acknowledged in his Telegram profile.
