US secret service agents killed an “intruder” during a shootout at the Peruvian ambassador’s residence in Washington on Wednesday. DC Metropolitan Police Chief Robert Contee III said the individual was detained after resisting.
In a brief conference after the events, Contee pointed out that the agents were called for a robbery in progress inside the home of ambassador Oswaldo de Rivero Barreto, reports CNN.
