The World Health Organization (WHO) said today that it has verified that 62 health care structures in Ukraine have been affected by attacks since the Russian invasion began and other similar incidents are being investigated.
This represents twenty additional attacks compared to those reported less than a week ago.

The names of the health facilities attacked or their location are not being disclosed for security reasons, the WHO said.
The identity of the sources is not revealed either to avoid “additional damage to the survivors or the surrounding population,” said the organization’s spokeswoman, Margaret Harris, at a press conference.
Attacks on health facilities are a serious crime under international law, which states that they must be protected even in times of war.
