FIFA has informed that this Monday the period of submission of applications to be part of this team of volunteers for the World Cup in Qatar 2022 and which is done through the website volunteer.fifa.com.
FIFA has started the selection process for the 20,000 volunteers who during the World Cup “They will work in 45 functional areas in official and unofficial venues, such as stadiums, training grounds, the airport, fan zones, hotels and public transport stations.
“The appliers they must be 18 years old on October 1, 2022 and speak English. Arabic will also be valued, although it is not an essential requirement. No experience is required and applications from candidates of all conditions and from anywhere in the world will be received.
Selected volunteers will get a limited edition adidas uniform. They will also be given meals and public transportation during their shifts.
The 2022 World Cup in Qatar will be held from November 21 to December 18, although some volunteer positions will start from October 1.
