The town hall of Mariupolin the southeast of Ukraine, denounced this Sunday the bombing by Russian forces of a art school what would serve shelter for 400 peopleincluding women, the elderly and children, as they have explained.

According to the authorities 4,128 people have managed to flee of the besieged city through corridors.
The council has also ensured that thousands of people have been deported by the aggressors to Russia.
