Ukraine today is a different country than it was on February 24. Faces with a lost look, iron masses and impassable streets have witnessed the more than 900 missiles that in 20 daysaccording to the United States, have devastated a country that will take time to recover.
Children fleeing, women staying behind, blood, dust, pain and fear, the Ukraine of today is far from that of just three weeks ago. in between, a war and 20 days of real terror for a population that resists to the surprise of its invader.
The images of this March 15 show the reality of 45 million inhabitants: of farewells, reunions, hugs, tears and even space for love in a place where little more than that remains standing. The International Organization for Migration has reported that the war in Ukraine has already caused three million refugees. Among them, about 90% are women and children.
