Ukraine will open three new humanitarian corridors today to remove civilians

The Ukrainian president has assured that almost 35,000 people have left through the humanitarian corridors and has stressed that the authorities are preparing six new routes to facilitate the safe exit of the population.

The Ukrainian authorities will open today, Thursday, three humanitarian corridors from the Sumi region to the Ukrainian city of Poltava.

“On March 10, three ‘green corridors’ are planned in the Sumi region. The meeting places will be announced in the morning. The start of the movement of the columns is scheduled for 09:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. in Euskal Herria),” the head of the Sumi Regional Administration, Dimitro Zhivitski, reported on his Telegram account.

The three humanitarian corridors will leave from the towns of Sumi, Trostianets and Krasnopillia to the city of Poltava.

The President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenski, has assured this Thursday that almost 35,000 people have been rescued through the humanitarian corridors in Ukraine and has stressed that the authorities are preparing six new tracks to facilitate the safe exit of the population.

Thus, he explained that today they have managed to “organize the work of three humanitarian corridors. From the city of sumifrom the cities and towns of the region of Kyiv and from energize“, has said.

Likewise, the president has indicated that the Ukrainian authorities they are preparing six humanitarian corridors to get the population out of the areas attacked by the Russian forces: “We are preparing six corridors. We pray that people will be able to leave Mariupol, Izium, Volnovaja, etc.”
