The Ukrainian authorities intend to evacuate, together with the citizens of Sumi, foreign students to the town of Poltava, in particular young people from India and China, according to the UNIAN agency.
The deputy prime minister also reported that Ukraine presented Russia and the ICRC with routes for humanitarian corridors in the cities of Kiev, Chernigov, Kharkiv, Mariupol and Volnovakha.
