On the twelfth day since the start of the war in Ukraine, the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Belarus will hold the third round of negotiations in Belarus on Monday.
Coinciding with the holding of that meeting, Russia has decided to open humanitarian corridors for civilians from the cities of Kiev, Mariupol, Kharkiv and Sumidespite the fact that previous attempts failed due to military operations of which both parties accused each other.
