Vladimir Putin asks his neighbors not to aggravate the situation or impose limitations

“I want to emphasize again, and we have always said it, that we have no bad intentions in relation to our neighbors”, said the head of the Kremlin in a communication with the governor of the Kaliningrad enclave, Anton Alikhanov, at a time when Russian troops are fighting in Ukraine.
