USA: Joe Biden calls Vladimir Putin a ‘Russian dictator’

The president of United States, Joe Bidenqualified the president Vladimir Putin of “Russian dictator” during the State of the Union address to Congress on Tuesday, a week after Moscow invaded Ukraine.

“A Russian dictator, who invades a foreign country, has costs throughout the world”Biden said. But “In the battle between democracy and autocracy, democracies are rising to the occasion and the world is clearly choosing the side of peace and security,” assured.

He also pointed out that the world has “isolated” Vladimir Putin for sending his Russian forces to cross the border with Ukraine, US President Joe Biden said on Tuesday, noting that the devastating sanctions will “undermine” the economy of the United States. Russia and will weaken the army.
