He referred to the definitive suspension of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, disconnecting Russia from the Swift international banking system, an embargo on the import of strategic raw materials such as oil, gas, coal or metals, and freezing the foreign assets of the Russian State and of Russian oligarchs.
