The president of the United States, Donald Trumphe said Monday that Vladimir Putin is willing to accept the presence of European troops in Ukraine in a possible agreement to end the war.
Trump has made these statements in the Oval Office of the White House with his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron. Until now, Russia has considered that the deployment of European troops in Ukraine was a “red line” in the face of a possible peace treaty.
