The quick count carried out by the National Electoral Council (CNE) confirmed the victory of President Daniel Noboa in nine of the eleven questions of the referendum and the popular consultation held this Sunday.
The president of the CNE, Diana Atamaint, indicated in a public appearance that the only two questions in which Noboa did not achieve popular support were those related to accepting international arbitrations in any jurisdiction and opening the possibility of hourly arbitration.
