After Krzysztof Brejza entered into an agreement with Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG), the company must disclose the amount of money it donated to the anti-EU campaign regarding electricity prices. This is related to a billboard campaign against the European Union and climate policy.
Krzysztof Brejza won against PGNiG. The company will reveal how much the anti-EU campaign cost
KO MP Krzysztof Brejza announced on February 5 that he had won in court against PGNiG. “I won the case in the Supreme Administrative Court (Supreme Administrative Court – ed.) for revealing the costs of anti-EU fraud by a PiS state treasury company. The attack on the EU at the time of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine must be accounted for. After obtaining the data, I will notify the prosecutor’s office. Zero tolerance for wasting public money.” – wrote Brejza on the X website.
The court announced that it had dismissed PGNiG Termika SA’s cassation appeal against the judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw. PLN 240 was also awarded to Krzysztof Brejza as reimbursement of legal representation costs.
