According to the Hamas source, the discussions in Egypt will serve “to facilitate the arrival of humanitarian aid, the withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Gaza Strip and the return of displaced people to their cities and towns in the north” of the Palestinian enclave. .
This visit by Haniyeh will be the Hamas leader’s second to Egypt since the start of the conflict.
