The vice-president of the Group of the European People’s Party (EPP), Siegfried Muresan, has tonight warned the president of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, that Europe “he will not accept his government’s attack on European values.”

Muresan made this statement in a message published on the social network X after arriving in Spain to participate tomorrow, Monday, in the conference that the European People’s Party is holding in Barcelona.

The European People’s Party is holding a conference this Monday in Barcelona, ​​in the midst of the debate on the amnesty law, in which interventions are expected from the foreign ministers of Italy and Bulgaria, the president of the EPP in the European Parliament, Manfred Weber, and the leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo.

The EPP conference, which is titled ‘Road to recovery’ and which will be held in a hotel in Barcelona, ​​will begin with a few words of welcome by the MEPs and vice-presidents of the EPP Group, Dolors Montserrat and Siegfried Muresan.

The closing of the conference of the European Popular Party, who this week in the European Parliament criticized the amnesty law that has been proposed in the Congress of Deputies, will be carried out by the vice-president of the EPP group, Siegfried Muresan.
